I recently posted some of my own immune system boosting tips.
But what do we do to boost the immune system of our kiddos?
We trick them!
Currently I’m boosting my kiddo’s immune system with elderberry, vitamin C and zinc, magnesium, and blueberry extract.
Tastes “yummy”! My kiddo thinks these are gummy candies and gummy liquid!
I also add Vitamin C powder (flavored like fruit punch) 1000mg to all water I give him.
“Yummy juice” = optimal health!
