Here’s some of the healthy food and drink I’ve been enjoying lately.

I always try for healthy choices. It’s my lifestyle.
The other night, I had fresh poke, avocado and a fermented seaweed and cucumber salad with extra sesame seeds.
I have to be careful with gluten in rice and mercury in the tuna, so I chose more of the fermented salad and love it! The extra good fats from the avo make this a win.
I don’t ever drink soda. I consume green tea or buckwheat tea constantly. When it’s hot outside and I want bubbles, I go for mineral water. Love the taste and refreshment that comes from minerals. I can drink this on repeat.
